About Banpresto

Banpresto was a well-known Japanese company primarily recognized for creating high-quality collectible figures, plush toys, and other merchandise. It gained a strong reputation for producing figures based on popular anime, manga, and video game franchises. Banpresto’s figures often focused on detailed, accurate portrayals of characters from series like Dragon Ball, One Piece, and Naruto, among many others. These collectible figures are typically produced in limited runs and sold through capsule toy machines, conventions, or specialty stores. The company was known for creating both small-scale figures and larger, more elaborate models, offering a wide range of prices and qualities for collectors.

In 2018, Banpresto was absorbed into the Bandai Namco Group, but it still continues to produce figures under the Banpresto brand name. Banpresto figures are famous for their high level of craftsmanship, capturing the essence of characters with dynamic poses and vibrant colors. The company also produced prize figures, which are typically won in arcade crane machines, and these figures often become highly sought-after by collectors due to their exclusivity and rarity. Their attention to detail, wide range of characters, and affordable prices made Banpresto a favorite among anime and gaming fans worldwide.
